Our workouts are designed around real-life movements, such as lifting, reaching, carrying, stepping, and stabilizing your body during everyday activities.
About Us
Together, my husband and I bring over 60 years of combined training experience working with people of all ages and abilities.
In addition to decades of professional training experience, I also bring a deep personal understanding of rehabilitation. After a spinal cord injury and four hip surgeries—including a hip replacement—I learned firsthand how important strength, balance, and proper movement are for recovery and long-term health.
Those experiences shaped the way we train today. Our focus is on safe, intelligent training that helps people move better, feel stronger, and stay independent.

Join us in an 25 session program starting when it’s convenient for you. The cost is $600.00 You can come three times a week or two times a week. Your workouts will be tailored around your injuries and ailments.
