SHARING FROM A PARENTS POST HELPING ONE OF OUR PLAYERS.

I’m hoping our friends and community might be willing to help a young man who means a lot to our family. ❤️

One of my son’s best friends recently lost everything in a devastating house fire and is currently staying with us. With school starting next week, I’d love to help him replace some essentials and take him back-to-school shopping for clothes, shoes, toiletries, supplies, and anything else he needs.

If anyone would like to help, we would be so grateful for cash, Venmo, or gift cards in any amount. Even a small donation would mean so much.

In addition, his mom, little sister, and little brother also lost everything in the fire. His mom wears a women’s size medium/large 9.5 women's shoe, his 12-year-old sister wears a junior size medium & women's shoe size 9.5, and his 7 year-old little brother wears a boys size 7/8 shoe size 2. If anyone happens to have clothing, shoes, or other essentials in those sizes that they would be willing to donate, it would be deeply appreciated.

I just want to help give him a little normalcy and make sure he feels supported going into the school year.

Good afternoon Fort Cherry families and student athletes in grades 7th through 12th for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

Fort Cherry sports physicals will be offered by the school at no cost on Wednesday July 29th from 8am to noon in the High School nurse's office.

Over the last couple of months Arbiter Sports has acquired Big Teams and Student Central registration and scheduling platforms. This will be a brand new platform.

Here is the updated on line link to register and upload physicals for Fort Cherry student athletes for the 2026/2027 school year.

You will have an option of registering with a sports physical through the link above or you can still turn in a paper copy (completed in its entirety with signatures) of the PIAA/Fort Cherry preparticipation sports packet. You have to choose either one and complete the process in its entirety. You will not be able to complete part of the registration on one platform and then turn in additional hard copies to complete the online portion. Attached is the hard copy of the preparticipation packet if you choose to go that route.

In order for timely processing the registration for fall sports should be completed by Tuesday, August 4th. If you choose to complete the hard copy you can drop off at the Fort Cherry High School office or you can scan and email to [email protected]

Another great day at the Fort Cherry Football Golf Outing at Quicksilver! It's always great to see so many of the same faces year after year and your continued support is always appreciated! Thank you to all the volunteers, people who donated gift baskets, and items that make this event special every year! A special shoutout to Michael Faletto at Michael's Tavern for donating the beer on the course, Oliverio Auto for the hole in one sponsor and to Adam Stoffella for the donuts at registration. We look forward to seeing you all again next year!!
