Time is running out to sign up for Cycle Fusion Boot Camp! Classes start Monday, so enroll now!
We’re excited to return to outdoor workouts in a supportive group fitness atmosphere. The first session begins June 1, and goes through July 10, with classes meeting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5 a.m. or 8 a.m. Sign up under “Enrollments” on our app or at https://cyclefusionwv.com/buy.
Boot Camp helps you challenge yourself with high-intensity, endurance-building, strength-gaining exercises as you improve your overall health and work toward achieving your optimal fitness level.
The workouts keep you moving and wanting more. There will be an optional fitness assessment before and after the six-week session.
Dates: June 1 - July 10
Times: 5 a.m. or 8 a.m.
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Location: Cycle Fusion Studio (outside), 200 Lakewood Center in Cheat Lake
This class is for all fitness levels. You do not have to be in shape to join. You do not have to be a runner to join.
After you sign up, you will receive a phone call to schedule your body composition assessment. Your physical assessment will take place on the first day of class. A doctor's note is required for anyone with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or heart conditions.
Please bring an exercise mat, dumbbells, towel, and water to class.
TMake a commitment to your summer workout routine and enroll now! if there are cancellations due to weather. The class will be rescheduled and will incorporate all class times into each rain day that occurs within a six-week session.
