Last chance to sign up for Boot Camp! Make a commitment to your summer workout routine and enroll now!

We’re excited to return to outdoor workouts in a supportive group fitness atmosphere. The first session starts June 1, and goes through July 10, with classes meeting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5 a.m. or 8 a.m. Sign up under “Enrollments” on our app or at https://cyclefusionwv.com/buy.

Boot Camp helps you challenge yourself with high-intensity, endurance-building, strength-gaining exercises as you improve your overall health and work toward achieving your optimal fitness level. The workouts keep you moving and wanting more. There will be an optional fitness assessment before and after the six-week session.

Dates: June 1 - July 10
Times: 5 a.m. or 8 a.m.
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Location: Cycle Fusion Studio (outside), 200 Lakewood Center in Cheat Lake

This class is for all fitness levels. You do not have to be in shape to join. You do not have to be a runner to join.

After you sign up, you will receive a phone call to schedule your body composition assessment. Your physical assessment will take place on the first day of class. A doctor's note is required for anyone with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or heart conditions.

Please bring an exercise mat, dumbbells, towel, and water to class.

Participants will be notified 30 minutes prior to the class start time via email and/or text if there are cancellations due to weather. The class will be rescheduled and will incorporate all class times into each rain day that occurs within a six-week session.

We've got two pop-up classes coming up! Join us for these sessions!

💪 Circuit Work-It 60
🗓 Wednesday, May 27
⏰ 5 a.m. or 8 a.m.

This high-intensity class is 60 minutes of cardio and strength training. You'll challenge your threshold and endurance.

💪 Cardio Core and Restore
🗓 Friday, May 29
⏰ 5 a.m. or 8 a.m.

This 60-minute class includes 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercises that may include running and high-intensity training. The remaining half hour will consist of core and restorative stretching.
