Where are you going? 📍 Is it the same place you WANT to go? 🎯 If those places are different, why? One of my running sessions today focused on breaking through the mental wall . We deliberately went and knocked on that wall over and over . 🚪✊And it sucked . What’s on the other side or that wall is your potential. If you’re getting to that wall in your training but stopping , you’ll never conquer it . Mental toughness is 80% (maybe even more) of running. Your brain says no. 🧠🚫The wall says no way. If where you’re going isn’t the same destination as where you want to be, confront your wall. Seek it out and don’t back down from it . 💪 A good race is the result of hard training, positive changes , and a healthy dose of self evaluation. Reevaluate often . The only way to end up where you want to be is to know the route . Happy running, my friends!
