The goal isn’t just to work harder—it’s to move better.

Every cue, adjustment, and small correction helps address imbalances, improve stability, and develop the movement quality needed to train at a higher level safely and effectively.

She gave me permission to be patient, learn slow and REALLY fix her movements. It may look simple, but these early reps are where the real work happens.
