There is less than 2 weeks left before our summer schedule starts and our elite track training program begins!

This program is for high school and college track athletes that want to take their speed to the next level!

- 10 week training program
- 3 workouts/week. (Monday,Wednesday, Friday - 12:30 pm-145 pm)
- Detailed running mechanics analysis and comparisons
- Increase your top speed
- Build better block starts
- Training programs for all event distances up to 10k

We are blessed 🙏to have been able to celebrate🥳🎉 our center's 10 year anniversary earlier this month‼️

Today Coach Dave had a memory pop up from 10 years ago with one of our very first athletes, .coleman21! Well exactly 10 years later, Maggie is still training with us and they were able to recreate the memories!

Thank you to every single one of our athletes that has came through these doors the last 10 years‼️ We are looking forward to the next 10 years‼️

This summer we are hitting the Plyofloor and focusing on increasing our athlete's vertical jump and explosiveness with our enhanced, Vertical Jump Program!

Our vertical jump workouts will run on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 2pm.
