We will be CLOSED Monday, August 31 through Monday, September 7 for our annual deep cleaning and gym refresh.

We’ll be busy cleaning, organizing and preparing the gym for an amazing new season of classes!

Is your little one ready for a little more independence, but not quite ready for a traditional preschool schedule?

Preschool Prep at My Gym is a playful, nurturing drop-off program for children ages 2½–4½.

Through movement, music, crafts, stories, and group activities, children practice:

✨ Separating from a parent or caregiver
✨ Following simple classroom routines
✨ Making friends and participating in a group
✨ Building confidence and independence
✨ Sharing, listening, and taking turns

It’s a gentle first step toward preschool and a wonderful enrichment program for children who already attend preschool, too!

Offered Tuesdays & Thursdays
beginning at 9:30 AM
Choose a 2-hour or 3-hour program
