🐴💜 Pip Update 💜🐴

Thank you all for your continued support, donations, and kind thoughts for Pip.

Back on May 28th, Pip was admitted for his planned surgery. However, after he was sedated, the veterinary team observed some unexpected neurological symptoms and made the decision to postpone the procedure out of an abundance of caution.

At this time, Pip is staying at Majoda and under veterinary care while additional testing is performed and his doctors consult on the best path forward. We are grateful for a team that is taking every precaution to ensure Pip receives the safest and most appropriate care possible.

While this was not the update we were hoping to share, we remain optimistic and are thankful to have answers being pursued before moving ahead with surgery. The procedure is tentatively being rescheduled for June 22, pending the results of these additional evaluations.

Thank you for keeping Pip in your thoughts and for supporting him through this journey. Your generosity and encouragement mean more than words can express. 💜🐴

Dear Majoda Family and Friends,

It is with very heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of a horse who meant so much to so many in our barn family.

Last Wednesday, Gus crossed the rainbow bridge peacefully after many years of bringing joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories to riders both young and old. A 1995 Arabian gelding (show name: All Gussied Up), Gus was more than just a lesson horse — he was a patient teacher, a trusted partner, and a gentle soul who helped countless riders grow as equestrians, including many of their very first canters.

While Gus was deeply loved and owned by Jessica Kelokates, he also became a cherished part of the Majoda family and left hoofprints on the hearts of so many who had the privilege of knowing him.

Please continue to keep Jessica and all who loved Gus in your thoughts during this difficult time.
