I’m obsessed with tea, but there’s actually a reason for it. 🫖
Tea is one of the easiest ways I add a little more variety and intention to what I drink without turning it into another complicated wellness routine.
One of my current favorites is ginger peach. Ginger has long been used to support digestion and may help settle occasional nausea, bloating, and general stomach discomfort. No, one cup of tea isn’t going to magically “heal your gut,” but small, supportive habits still count.
And when it’s 90 degrees outside, this makes such an easy summer drink:
Steep the tea in hot water for about five minutes, pour it over ice, and add a little monk fruit if you want some extra sweetness. That’s it.
Refreshing, easy to make at home, and proof that supporting your health doesn’t always have to be complicated.
Are you a hot tea person, an iced tea person, or not a tea person at all?
