I stumbled upon this post and just had to share it here 😍😍
This feels like the most authentic way to say how and why I am here.
I remember being in elementary school just feeling awkward and unsure of my body and how it should move.
I remember being a high school athlete and my volleyball coach my senior year switching my footwork and everything clicking in a way it hadn’t before.
I remember going to college trying not to gain the freshman 15 and eating very minimal and hitting cardio.
I remember growing a human and going for a run at six weeks post partum and well turning around and going home because I needed to change clothes.
I remember signing up for my first exercise program and feeling so empowered and understanding of my body and what to do to help it.
I remember studying personal training and understanding how each part of bodies work and work together in a way that I could understand and manipulate to get to certain results.
I remember the moments I didn’t know what I was doing. And I remember the moments I got to learn and understand and build confidence.
The people who taught me things, sent me on a path for me to try harder, learn more, and find more success.
And if I know something that someone else wants to know, babe there is ALWAYS A SEAT AT MY TABLE.

You’ve probably heard the messages:

✖️ “We all have the same 24 hours.”

✖️ “If you’re not succeeding, you just don’t want it bad enough.”

✖️ “No excuses.”

Here’s the truth: real life looks a lot messier than that.

🤝 Hi, I’m Sarah—and I don’t coach like that.

My background isn’t what most people expect from a personal trainer.

Before Uncover Strength, I worked in probation, case management, parent coaching, and youth sports.

I supported families navigating child welfare, poverty, and systems that often failed them.

I helped parents rebuild relationships.

I sat beside them in IEP meetings.

I coached girls who didn’t see their own potential yet.

That work shaped everything about how I see people.

It taught me that judgment hardens,
but empathy opens doors.

Fitness is no different.

You can hold someone accountable without shaming them.

You can challenge a woman and make her feel seen.

Writing strength and running programs still gives me a rush, sure—
but watching a client start to believe in herself?
That’s the magic.

So if you’re ready for growth that’s grounded in compassion—

If your kids honestly described who you are and what you do, would that be the legacy you wanted to leave for them?
We were taught to run on empty, to do everything, to always be put last. But all they want, is their mom living a life that leads to playfulness, consistency, patience, and love.
When you pour in to your cup, when you take your life and health seriously. They learn they can too. Teach them better than we were taught.

💜Professional women wanting to improve their health and have a consistent exercise routine.
💜Mom’s returning to exercise after having a baby.
💜Women who are aging and want to do so gracefully, strong, and mobile.
💜Mom’s letting go of guilt to pursue big exercise goals.
💜Family gals gearing up to do bigger and longer family hikes.
💜Women working, caretaking, and knowing they need to take care of them too.

How do I Coach:
Uhhhhh I don’t cookie cutter anything. Because it’s important to me to listen and learn each woman, who she is and why she is, and continuously design programs that intentionally guide her towards success.

How do we work together?
Virtual. No schedule headaches, no rush to reply when you’re in the middle of things. While also Accessible from your phone 24/7.
