Gotta love the CrossFit gym !!

This morning we ran through a barbell clean complex. 13 athletes ran through this complex. We had skill levels on both ends of the spectrum. The youngest athletes 13 and the oldest … let’s go with 50+🫣( in not getting in trouble 🤣).

We had junior high students, cops, SAHMs, business owners and engineers.

All of these athletes showed up to do the same workout. The weights varied but the movement patterns are the same.

I’ve had friends co worker and families members tell me oh no I can’t do CrossFit. For the majority of them I disagree. You won’t CrossFit. But you can…. And when you realize that you can we will be here!!
