Some members lift weights.

Some members boost morale.

Everyone has a role.

One of the unexpected perks of a dog-friendly gym is having a few extra faces around to greet members, supervise workouts, and remind us not to take ourselves too seriously.

We’re not saying the dogs are the reason people enjoy coming to Revo…

But we’re not not saying it either.

Last month our coaching team spent the weekend learning from two of the leading minds in strength training for runners.

These are a few of the ideas we’re bringing back to Revo.

We’re always learning, refining, and improving so we can better serve the runners, hikers, skiers, and mountain athletes who trust us with their training.

Training should support your life outside the gym.

May 29th 3:30 pm-6:30 pm!

Every once in a while, it’s good to test yourself a little.

This isn’t about winning or proving anything.

It’s about challenging yourself, celebrating the progress you’ve made, and spending a fun afternoon cheering on your REVO community members as they do hard things!

And no… you are NOT expected to do every event 😅
We’re encouraging people to pick around 3 events, push themselves, cheer loud for everyone else, then hang out afterward with good people and great BBQ from Notorious PIG.

Whether you want to hit a heavy deadlift, suffer through a row, or just come support the community, this day is for you.

📍 Friday, May 29
⏰ 3:30 PM – ~6:30 PM
👊 Friends + family welcome
🏔️ All fitness levels encouraged
None stronger than all of us.

Most people train the same way year-round.

Which sounds fine… until the season or your life changes and your training doesn’t.

Around here, that’s usually right about now.

You’re outside more.
Longer days. More miles. Less interest in getting wrecked in the gym.

So this program meets you where you are!

🔸 Strength that sticks without taking over your week
🔸 Athletic work that translates (not just lifting for the sake of it)
🔸 Conditioning that can push you… or help you recover
🔸 Built to adjust based on what you’ve got going on outside

It’s not random. It’s not one-speed.

It’s training that works with your life in the mountains, not against it.

Runs. Rides. River days.
Strength days squeezed in between.

It’s the season of saying “yes” to everything. But before you do, think about this…

𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲.

𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤:
🔸Sets
🔸Reps
🔸Miles

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬:
🔸Training
🔸Work
🔸Sleep
🔸Life

All in one bucket.

Before you say yes to that next full-day mission or extra lift, ask yourself:
“Can I actually recover from everything I’m stacking up right now?”

Because the same workout can hit very differently depending on what else you’re carrying.

Too many “yes” days in a row →
Flat. Beat up. Stalled.

𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧.

How full is your bucket right now?

There’s a lot of noise right now around hormone health.
Cortisol, testosterone, hormone “hacks,” supplements… it’s everywhere.

And yes, hormones matter.

But they’re often a reflection of your habits.

Before you go looking for fixes, start with the things you can actually control.

Sleep regulates everything from recovery to hormone production.
Undereating, which we see all the time in active people, quietly tanks performance and recovery.
Training too hard, too little, or without structure can push your system in the wrong direction.
And stress all adds up, whether it’s work, life, or the gym.

Most people aren’t broken.
They’re under-recovered and under-fueled.

And if something still feels off, don’t guess.

Get real data.
Not just once a year, but regularly so you can actually see trends over time.

Before you assume something is wrong, check the fundamentals.
That’s where the biggest changes happen.

If you’ve been feeling off and can’t quite figure out why, start there.
And if you want help dialing it in, we’ve got you.

Not all wearables are created equal.

We get asked all the time,
what’s the best one?
Better question,
what do you actually want it to do?

🔸 Track recovery trends
🔸 Track training + time outside
🔸 Guide recovery + intensity
Different tools do different jobs.

And while the data can be helpful,
it’s not the full picture.
These devices measure your nervous system, not how you actually feel.

Use the data. But don’t rely on it.
You’re not training for a score,
you’re training for life outside the gym.

What are you using right now? Is it the best for your needs?👀

If you’ve been showing up to group classes (RevoFit or anywhere) and feel like you’ve hit a bit of a plateau… or you’ve got a new goal on the horizon, this might be why.

First, nothing’s wrong.

It usually just means your training worked. 💪🤘

You’re stronger.
You move better.
You’ve got the engine to go longer outside, on the trails, on the bike, whatever you’re into.

That’s exactly what programs like RevoFit are meant to do.
Support your life outside the gym without taking it over.

And for a lot of people, that’s the goal. It works really, really well.

But sometimes things shift.

You sign up for something big.
You want to get stronger in a different way.
You’re coming back from an injury.
Or you just start wondering what you’re actually capable of.

That’s usually when “general” training starts to feel a little less dialed.

Not because it stopped working,
but because you’re not in the same place you were when you started.

It’ll still help. Just maybe not in the exact way you need anymore.

If that sounds like you, come talk to us.

We’ll help you figure out what that next step could look like.
