Some days, the exact same workout can feel twice as hard, even when you're doing everything the same. Sometimes your body is simply telling you it needs something. Here are the top 5 most common things your body might be trying to tell you it needs:
*MORE SLEEP – Affects energy, strength and endurance
*STRESS RELIEF – Stress can drain your energy
*HYDRATION – Dehydration leads to fatigue & reduced endurance
*NUTRITION – Improper fuel leaves you feeling sluggish and weak
*RECOVERY– Overtraining or skipping rest days can leave muscles fatigued
