The Missoula Underground Strength Training Center, also known as MUST Gym, is looking to hire a fun, outgoing, and hardworking staff member to join our team for approximately 20 - 25 hours per week.

This is a Front Desk Attendant position where crew members are responsible for helping set a great first impression for all of our customers.

Job details include but are not limited to:

Customer's first impressions.

Daily cleaning.

Membership and product sales.

Lead follow-up via phone, email, and text.

Administrative detail.

Cash handling.

General inventory management.

Candidates would need to have general computer and sales skills along with exceptional cleaning abilities and an eye for detail. Experience using a Customer Retention Management system (CRM) is a plus. Experience using Mindbodyonline CRM is a double plus.

Interested candidates should love people and the gym environment, be outgoing, self-confident, high-functioning, and easy to talk to. This is a high-functioning job position requiring a lot of initiative and movement activity while on shift.

This position will often but not always provide a consistent, unchanging schedule, starts at $16/hour, includes a free 24-hour gym membership, and lots of high-fives.

Gym closures in Missoula have been extended until April 15th. Stay positive, stay in shape, and stay home so we can all get back to our routines, sooner than later, without the rampant spread of coronavirus.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, MUST will be closed until 5 am Wednesday morning, March 25th, unless the closure for gyms in Missoula is extended. Do a lot of push-ups and lift-up your fellow humans, but only with your words and actions as to not touch anyone or anything, ever. Be happy, be at peace.

MUST is open to members 24/7, 365 days per year.

Our walk-in hours are Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 7 pm and Saturday 10 am - 1 pm.
