🥊 TNT Principle: Core-Driven Movement

Most people see a kettlebell, a landmine, or a punch and think the movement starts with the arms.

It doesn’t.

Everything starts from the ground.

This week’s Dynamite focused on creating force through the legs, transferring it through the core, and expressing it through the hands.

The Landmine University sn**ch wasn’t about lifting the bar overhead.

It was about learning rhythm.
Learning timing.
Learning to pull from the hips.
Learning how the body works as one connected system.

The same principle applies in boxing.

A powerful punch doesn’t come from the shoulder.

It starts in the floor, moves through the legs, transfers through the core, and finishes through the fist.

That’s why our boxing and strength training aren’t separate programs.

They’re different tools teaching the same principles.

Because life doesn’t happen in isolated movements.

Neither should training.

Every Memorial Day, we take on Murph together in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy and those who gave everything in service to others.

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

🎒Optional: 20 lb. vest or rucksack.🎒

This workout is free.
Bring a friend. Bring your grit.
Rain or shine—we’ll be outside.

And when the legs are burning,
your grip is failing,
and your lungs are screaming…
keep going.

Because hard things done together change us.
Because community matters.
Because freedom was paid for by people willing to carry far heavier things than this.

Power in hooks comes from the ground up: transfer your weight, rotate the hips, and let the punch flow through the target.
