Injecting your body with anything and skipping the three fundamentals of lifting, eating right, and sleeping is a waste of your time, money, and long term health.

Lift a min of 3 times a week for 30 min minimum.

Eat protein AND fats- fats make up your hormones- so chose healthy omega 3s often aka fish, avocados, walnuts.

And sleep like your life depends on it. Min of 6-8 hours of sleep daily. If you have a sleep tracker- TRACK IT. you will learn so much about your recovery- the essential part of any health program people skip.
