Millis Soccer Club is excited to host a FREE Mass Youth Soccer Association Coach Education Session!

⚽ Featured Topic:

“Managing the Gap – Best Practices for Coaching When There is a Large Variance in Player and Team Abilities”

This session is designed specifically for volunteer youth soccer coaches and will be led by the MYSA Coach Education Group.

You’ll walk away with:
⚽ New practice activities that keep all players engaged and developing
⚽ Strategies for managing different ability levels
⚽ Opportunities to discuss challenging coaching situations and get feedback
⚽ A credit toward a FREE online soccer coaching license

⚽️ MILLIS SOCCER — FALL 2026 IS ALMOST HERE! ⚽️

We hope everyone is enjoying the last few weeks of summer! ☀️ Here are a few important reminders as we get ready to kick off the fall season:

👕 UNIFORMS — ORDER NOW!
Need a new uniform? Order through Tri-Valley Sports in Medway online or in store. Uniforms include:
• Maroon jersey
• Silver jersey
• Black shorts
• White soccer socks

Tri-Valley has the list of available jersey numbers to prevent duplicates. If you did not receive the ordering email, contact Pam Ahmad at [email protected].

📣 Uniform Update: MSC is looking into a new uniform for Spring or Fall 2027. We had hoped to make the switch this fall, but wanted to make sure the ordering process was streamlined before rolling it out.

📅 IMPORTANT DATES

⚽ 8/25 — Grades 4–8 BAYS schedules posted

🖌️ 8/29 | 9 AM–1 PM — FIELD LINING @ OAK GROVE
We need volunteers from every team! Even if you can only help for an hour, it makes a HUGE difference. Many hands make light work! 🙌

⚽ 9/12 — Fall season begins for Grades 4–8
Grades 2–3 are expected to begin around 9/13.

🚗 10/3 — Seatbelt Saturday
⚽ 10/10 — Games ARE scheduled for the holiday weekend
👏 10/17–10/18 — Referee Appreciation Weekend
🏁 11/14 — Final weekend for Grades 4–8

📱 PRACTICES + MILLIS ACADEMY

Most teams will practice once per week, beginning after August 29.

Millis Academy with BEST FC is back! We strongly encourage players to attend these sessions for additional individual skill development and a different coaching experience. Academy schedules will be shared soon.

MSC plans to use the Admin Sports app for scheduling and communication this fall. Families should download the app and use the same login information used for soccer registration.

⚽ GAME SCHEDULES

Grades 4–8 schedules will be available through BAYS.

Grades 2–3 Medway League schedules are typically posted closer to the start of the season and may change, so please check frequently.

📣 Coaches should be reaching out to their teams by the end of August!
