✨ Supporting our gym families is one of the best parts of what we do! ✨

A huge shoutout to one of our amazing gym families and their food truck business! Recently, the project manager for our new building hired them to provide lunch for all of the hardworking contractors on-site. Once Jennifer realized they were part of our gym family, she was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to support their business.

There’s something special about watching our community support one another, both inside and outside the gym. Thank you for serving up great food and helping keep our crew fueled throughout the day!

What started as a business has become so much more than that. It’s a community. A place where families connect, friendships are built, confidence grows, and kids discover what they’re capable of.

We offer gymnastics, cheer, ninja warrior, and jiu-jitsu classes for ages 1-17 years, and adult jiu-jitsu. Nothing means more to us than helping families stay active while building confidence, resilience, and lifelong memories.

We’ve loved watching Milford continue to grow and thrive, and we’re excited to welcome all of the new businesses joining our area. We look forward to growing alongside you and continuing to make Downtown Milford an amazing place for families.
