Have you ever hit a plateau with your weight? A time that your weight and body fat remain the same for a period of time.
You know it will happen, and yet you are always surprised when it does.

When you reach a plateau, it is a moment your body is taking to recalibrate, adjust and based on positive changes will progress again.

Here are some tips to busting through:
✅ Choose high quality foods
✅ Limit your sodium
✅ Avoid gluten, dairy, soy
✅ Add in another day of high intensity cardio
✅ Eat more frequently

Inflammation is a factor in many diseases and being overweight raises our inflammation.

The main cause is by eating processed food.

Items that lower inflammation are fatty fish, fish oil, seeds, nuts, overall good nutrition, avocado, Tumeric and ginger.
