🍂 Our updated Fall 2026 schedule is here! 🍂

We’ve made a few updates to give our dancers even more opportunities to move, grow, and find the classes they love! From Tiny Core to Core, Core Plus, specialty classes, adult dance, and our Capital Core Dance Company, there’s something for almost every dancer. Some instructors are out but coming back, and more classes will be added!!

Whether you’re brand new to dance or ready to get back in the studio, our Core classes are beginner-friendly and designed to build confidence, technique, and a strong dance foundation.

✨ Monday — Adult Femme Flair at 8:00 PM
✨ Wednesday — Adult Pom at 7:30 PM
✨ Friday — Adult Contemporary at 7:00 PM

Each class is 45 minutes.

PRICING:

Reintroducing Ms. Savannah! ❤️💙

We’re so excited to have Ms. Savannah continuing her journey with the Capital Core family after joining us this summer! From day one, she’s brought a warm smile, creative energy, and a personality that makes every dancer feel welcomed and encouraged.

If you joined us for our Spring Recital, you may remember her incredible flow hoop performance—a unique and captivating routine that showcased her creativity and love for movement. Since then, she’s been working hard with our Hip Hop dancers and our Confident Adult Dance classes, bringing positive energy and helping every student feel comfortable expressing themselves.

Outside the studio, Ms. Savannah is a nature lover, caregiver, and creative spirit who believes dance is a universal language that brings people together. Her bubbly personality and genuine kindness shine through in every class, making learning both fun and inspiring.

We can’t wait to watch our dancers continue to grow with Ms. Savannah this fall! ❤️💙

✨ Help us celebrate Ms. Kendall! ❤️💙

We’re so excited to have Ms. Kendall back for another season at Capital Core Dance! As one of our founding-season instructors, she has become a favorite among our dancers for her kind heart, positive energy, and encouraging teaching style.

This fall, Ms. Kendall will be leading our Core Ballet & Tap, Pom, and Tiny Ballet & Tap classes, helping dancers build strong technique, confidence, rhythm, and teamwork in every class.

Outside of the studio, Ms. Kendall is a professional dancer with Stavna Ballet and has a love for musical theatre, bringing storytelling, artistry, and performance into everything she teaches. Her passion for working with children, both in dance and in her daycare role, shines through in every interaction.

We’re so grateful to have Ms. Kendall continuing to inspire our dancers this season. Help us give her some love in the comments! ❤️💙

✨ She’s back for another incredible season! ❤️💙

We’re so excited to welcome Ms. Adelle back to Capital Core Dance for another year! As one of our founding-year instructors, Ms. Adelle has helped shape the heart of our studio through her creativity, passion, and dedication to every dancer she teaches.

Last season, she inspired students in Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Adult Dance, and even worked with our figure skaters, leaving a lasting impact on dancers of all ages. Her positive energy and encouraging teaching style have made her a favorite among our students and families.

This fall, Ms. Adelle will be leading our Core Contemporary & Jazz and Core Hip Hop & Breakdancing classes, and we can’t wait to see our dancers continue to grow with her!
