Sometimes the best way to learn is to jump right into the fire.

This weekend () I found myself in a leg lock battle with a tough 10th Planet heavyweight leg lock specialist!

Every exchange was a test of timing, positioning, patience, and composure. Win or lose, those are the moments that make you better.

A huge thank you to Professor Junior (rodinbjjclub) for all of the time, instruction, and detail he's put into teaching leg lock theory and more. Those lessons made a real difference when it mattered most. Always grateful to keep learning from great coaches and to keep evolving my game.

Iron sharpens iron. Back to the mats.
