When we started CrossFit Raidho, one of our goals was to always be able to give back to the community.

Girls Gone Rx came across our feed in those early days and we just knew that we wanted to be a part of this movement. Once we shared the idea with our staff and members, we had an outpouring of love and support. Year after year, that support continues even stronger than the year prior. We have the vision, but it’s the volunteers who make it come to life.

Thank you to the humans who put in so many hours and sweat on Friday cleaning and setting up the gym, and the others who came with ENERGY on Saturday to judge, reset equipment, and all the other tasks to help keep the competition flowing well. You are the true champs!

It’s difficult to put into words how much Saturday’s Girls Gone Rx competition meant. The environment isn’t something you can really describe. It has a feeling that those who were a part of it could ever really truly understand, and ultimately, never forget. Thank you to all of the incredible, strong women who competed and made this day so special.

Each year bring stories that we will cherish forever, from athletes giving up their prize money to go straight to donations for Compete for a Cure , to another athlete sharing her family’s story of battling breast cancer, to another athlete having this competition get her through some really hard times. These are just examples of how this competition brings amazing humans together with genuine support and love.

We are honored to have hosted this competition for the 6th year, with plenty more to come. From the bottom of our hearts- THANK YOU. 🥹💖
