Let’s take care of that weight gain! If for any reason you don’t feel like you’re in the best shape of your life, come talk to me and let’s find a good path for you. May we continue forward with positive, healthy protocol. Here’s a few tips that NEVER expire:
1. Hydrate by drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning, before each meal, and at night. Carry water with you to sip throughout the day.
2. Make exercising fun!! Kickboxing, hiking, basketball, weightlifting, whatever it is that intrigues you to continue!
3. Designate a time and place for exercise. Your house is probably not your place of exercise. It is probably designated in your mind as your place of rest. A good routine and a specific setting will help you stay consistent.
4. Eat more fruits and veggies.

With these few tips, I know the grand majority of us will dramatically improve our emotional, physical, and mental well being. Which happens to be my mission in life and our mission statement at the Spartan Nation.

The stress of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to weight gain for many Americans.
