Hello everyone we have added a recovery room to TNT Fitness. It is called The Therapy Room . Frank Vezzosi , Shannon Mclean and Dr. Anthony Lytle opened it together we are very excited about it. We have a cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, steam pod and a massage chair.
