We had an amazing day at LivLimitless today. Had an awesome turn out for the Murph workout in honor of Michael Murphy, Navy SEAL killed in action during operation red wing. We do this workout to honor all fallen veterans in honor of Memorial Day. We suffer to honor the families who suffered a great loss by those who gave all for their country and in honor of those who can no longer suffer with us.
