📣📣Thursday night class was one for the books, GREAT workout! At KickStart my Fitness Kickboxing @ Chilcutt’s Memphis Martial Arts 🥊🥊

Update: I've worn a size 16 (5'8" 220-240 lbs) most of my adult life. Today I wear a size 10-12 (195 lbs).This is the smallest I've been since high school. I appreciate all of our trainers, Chad, Ben, Christy, Austin, just to name a few for encouraging and pushing us each session. It's been a great journey. My weight is down, increased energy and endurance, better eating habits, my joints aren't stiff in the morning, and I have more flexibility. I pray about everything!!! One of my prayers is, "Lord help me to loose weight and live a long healthy life. Help me to change the things I can to prevent lifelong health complications". Well I'm happy to say this Fitness Challenge class has been an answered prayer. I even do some of the exercises while at work sitting at my desk and on my lunch break. Though I still have work to do to reach my goal weight, 180 lbs, I'm super excited about how far I've come. I'm grateful, thankful, and blessed for this class. My God can do ANYTHING! Ask me how I know? Because He did it for me. 🙌❤️🙌
I hope this encourages someone else. You can change your circumstances if you pray, trust God, and find a Fitness program that works for you and with you. Be blessed! 🙏❤️🙏
