Jiu-Jitsu teaches kids to focus, problem-solve, listen, and persevereā€”skills that donā€™t just stay on the mat. Building discipline and concentration through training can help kids approach schoolwork with greater focus and confidence.

Starting September 11th we will have kids classes 5 days a week at 3 different times throughout the week! 3:30pm, 4:15pm, and 5:00pm. Check out our website for more info!
