2021 PANS was incredible!Unbelievably tough competition but got the Gold at Ultra Heavy and Silver in the open. Five matches total won four and lost my open finals match by one point. Thought I scored enough in the final open match but fell short. Thank you Pete Loncarevich and the Lotus Academy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu crew for helping improve my game!

Here are some highlights of my matches from the World Masters yesterday. I won double Gold🥇yesterday which will move me from number 3 in the world in my division to number one by a large margin. There are 654 competitors in my division so I’m very pleased. Not one single point or advantage was scored on me yesterday. My competitors were extremely tough and it took everything I had to pull off the wins. 4 years ago I couldn’t walk a flight of stairs without getting winded. It’s never to late to get back in shape and Jiu Jitsu is a fun way to do it. Coach Pete Loncarevich and my team at Lotus Academy has been a instrumental part of my success and I’m very thankful to be a part of the team. I would also like to thank Steven Galve and his teammates for cheering me on yesterday. The positive energy and tips were very helpful. You meet many amazing people in this sport and I’m very thankful for that as well!
