We're way behind of this, but the Stock UTV record is now owned by Chad DeHaan (no relation to WSDN's Isaac DeHaan) with his 2023 Can-Am Maverick X3 Max DS Turbo RR. That's right a four seater is in the record books with a 5.248 @ 57.91MPH set at Silverback Offroad Speedway.

Chassis:
– Stock chassis only
– Maximum wheelbase +2.5″ over stock
– Aftermarket cage permitted (titanium or aluminum prohibited, must be full width of the chassis)
– OEM wheel hubs
– Working brakes on all corners
– Wheelie bar prohibited
Suspension:
– Fully suspended
– Coil-over shocks mounted to unaltered factory location (air shocks prohibited)
– Titanium hardware permitted
– Titanium suspension components prohibited
– OEM or aftermarket spherical bearing trailing arms only (must mount to unaltered factory location)
– Aftermarket extended a-arms permitted (maximum +2.5″, must mount to unaltered factory location)
Body:
– Full unaltered OEM body (bed delete allowed, no other cutting or trimming permitted)
– Working OEM or aftermarket doors required
– OEM or aftermarket full width firewall required (including all access panels)
– Roof required
– OEM or aftermarket skid plates required
– Working OEM headlights and taillights
Interior:
– Minimum of two seats required (can be aftermarket, but no lightweight race-style seats, 4 seat models may remove rear seats)
– Full OEM or aftermarket equivalent interior panels/ dash/ center console
Engine:
– OEM engine to chassis
– Aftermarket engine internals prohibited
– 1000cc maximum
– Must be OEM bore and stroke
– Aftermarket exhaust systems permitted (must have a muffler, cut out valves permitted)
– No standalone ECU (OEM ECU only, can be flashed)
– Unaltered OEM turbocharger and intake manifold (factory turbo swaps permitted)
– Single turbo only
– Nitrous/ other forms of forced induction prohibited
– Plenum braces permitted
– OEM or aftermarket equivalent intercooler only (must mount to unaltered factory location)
– No ice boxes permitted
– OEM fuel tank (no aftermarket fuel cells)
– No relocation of any engine or cooling systems permitted
– Gasoline/ E85 Only
Drivetrain:
– CVTs: OEM primary and secondary clutches only (aftermarket springs/ weights permitted, no air clutches)
– DCT/ sequential transmissions/gearboxes: OEM only (no overrides or modification to gears/ cases)
– OEM or aftermarket equivalent clutch/ belt guard/cover required
– Working four-wheel drive
– OEM style rear differential (chain drive prohibited)
