The F-Zomb50

Success! Figured it out. One of the panels was elevated in the the design program. Because the overhang are minimal i decided to print without supports. This cause the "suspended" panel to not be built on the build plate. Well, the filament doesn't like to float in mid air...lol! This print is looking fantastic. I'll post a picture of the final result in a few days. Gonna need some hardware to put it all together.

Had a print failure! The reprint failed as well as did the re-reprint. I have an idea of what went wrong. We'll see if the re-re-reprint works!!😁

At it again! Made a few adjustments to a previous print for the F-Zomb50. Let's see how this turns out!!!

For those that were curious about my previous print, this is it. It is an Aztec Death Whistle. Was going to use it as a horn for the F-Zomb50, but unfortunately it doesn't work. Maybe a design flaw, print issue, who knows. I will get it figured out at some point because a screaming truck would be hilarious! I'll put a link in the comments to a video of what they're supposed to sound like!

The 12 hour test print came out pretty good. Has a few issues to address. Not printer related, but design related...my bad! Easy enough to fix in Tinker Cad. But anyway, it's a mount for a ScanGauge3 to fit into the F-Zomb50's original dash bezel. Once I get this section figured out I'll design and print the other 2 section to hold other gauges. 3D design and printing is fun!

Headed to Holly Oaks on Sunday to test out the new fuel system. Had fueling issues previously, so hopefully ai got that issue solved! We'll find out tomorrow while playing truck with the Busted To Built crew and others!
