8 Week Yoga Classes Begin Tomorrow & Next Tuesday in Concord, MA

Join Karyn Force and the Wellness with Care community for yoga classes!

Restorative Floor-Based Yoga-
A gentle, calming class incorporating floor-based movement, mindful stretches, and restorative poses. We’ll focus on releasing tension, improving flexibility, and allowing the body to relax and reset.

All-Levels Flow Yoga-
Looking for a little more challenge? This class combines flowing movement, including planks, lunges, and other strengthening poses. We’ll also incorporate floor-based stretches and restorative poses to help balance strength with relaxation.

Both classes offer options and modifications, so you can practice at a level that feels right for your body.

Life happens! If you miss a class, you may make it up in another Karyn Force yoga class during the same session. For example, if you're enrolled in Tuesday Gentle & Restorative Yoga and miss a class, you're welcome to attend the Friday Gentle & Restorative Yoga class as your makeup.

Just finished leading a beautiful retreat weekend in Vermont, a weekend filled with yoga, Reiki, a little glimpse into the deeper Life Force Alignment training coming up May and June 2027. ✨
One of my favorite parts of this work is getting to travel, learn, practice, and create meaningful experiences alongside others. There’s something so special about stepping away from the everyday and sharing space in a new place.

A beautiful evening at Madison Beach, Connecticut, on the eve of our Summer Renewal Yoga & Reiki Wellness Retreat. 🌅✨
Taking a quiet moment to enjoy this beautiful sunset with my son before a meaningful weekend begins. It makes my heart happy that he'll be helping with one of our retreat experiences and sharing in this special weekend.

Tomorrow, we will be welcoming a wonderful group for a weekend of rest, renewal, connection, and healing. I'm so grateful for this beautiful place, time with family, and the opportunity to guide our Wellness With Care community through practices that nurture the body, mind, and spirit. 💛
