📢 TIME FOR ANOTHER NO-BS PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 📢
First things first — I genuinely appreciate EVERYBODY who comes out, spends their money, supports these tournaments, and continues showing up. Without the players, there is no event, and I never take that support for granted. 👊🎱
NOW THAT WE’VE SAID SOMETHING NICE… 😂
I take a lot of pride in running organized, efficient tournaments. My job is to keep matches moving, keep tables full, and hopefully get everybody home sometime before their next birthday.
So when I’m running TWO EVENTS AT THE SAME TIME, and I allow you to play in BOTH…
Please do not walk up to the tournament desk looking like a hostage and say:
🗣️ “Damn, I need a break.”
🗣️ “Can I go smoke?”
🗣️ “Why do I have to play again already?”

YOU ENTERED TWO DAMN TOURNAMENTS. 😂😂😂
Nobody tackled you at the front door and forced two entry fees out of your pocket.
You literally looked at TWO brackets and said:
“Yep. Put my ass in both.”
And now you’re upset because apparently the tournament director has committed the unforgivable crime of…
MAKING YOU PLAY POOL. 🤣🤣🤣
I don’t know what to tell you.
You ordered the ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT POOL BUFFET and now you’re complaining because they keep bringing plates. 😂
And since we’ve already opened this can of worms…

Listen, I love y’all too.
I understand everybody isn’t Earl Strickland running around the table like somebody just told him the building closes in 12 minutes.
Take your time. Think about your shot. Play your game.
But GOOD LORD…
If you’ve chalked your cue six times, walked around the table four times, checked three angles, consulted the spirits, reconsidered every decision you’ve made since childhood, and THEN finally bent down to shoot…
WE GOTTA PICK UP THE PACE. 😂😂😂
At some point that 7-ball is still going to be sitting in the exact same damn place.
And please understand — when I’m standing behind the tournament desk staring at you…
I’M NOT ADMIRING YOUR STROKE.
I’m mentally calculating whether this race to 5 is going to interfere with tomorrow’s opening shift. 🤣
All I ask is simple:
Be ready when your match is called.
Be respectful of the other players.
Keep the tournament moving.
And if you willingly enter multiple events…
PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE SHOCKING POSSIBILITY THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO PLAY A LOT OF POOL. 🤯😂
Seriously, though, THANK YOU to everyone who continues supporting these events. I appreciate the hell out of y’all, and I’ll continue doing everything I can to run tournaments that are fair, organized, efficient, and worth your time and money.
All I ask in return is that you help preserve the few remaining brain cells of your Tournament Director.
