I grew up in a loving middle-class family on the South Shore of Boston, MA, with my sister and parents. I was always fascinated by the true meaning of life and remember having long conversations about this at the dinner table with my father. I began researching Astrology, going to psychics, and asking lots of questions in my Theology classes at school. I went to private Catholic schools through Hi

gh School, then went on to receive an Associate's Degree in Computer Science. I worked in the corporate world for over 25 years including the financial industry, an IT staffing firm, and my local town hall. In the midst of my career, I married my soulmate in 2005 and went on to have two beautiful children (and a dog). When my father passed away in 2017, I was devastated, and this continued my search for life's purpose. I read so many personal development books, went to workshops, and researched new science. I tried Reiki, EFT, NLP, hypnosis, Transcendental Meditation, group meditations, affirmations, and positive thinking. This brought so many challenges with isolation, hybrid school, masks, and all the other uncertainty in the world, and I wanted to do everything I could to help my family feel safe and stay positive. I went on an Internet search for resources and stumbled upon an ad from Chris Duncan regarding the Superconscious Recode. I ended up watching the entire ad, and this started a whole new journey for me. I enrolled in the the Magnetic Mind program as a client and knew immediately that this course would change my life. I went on to get my certification in this amazing work and have since shared it with family and friends and have been receiving amazing feedback. The Magnetic Mind program helped me let go of old limiting beliefs that were holding me back from living my fullest potential. I have found purpose in this work and am so excited for what's to come! I was watching the tide come in this week.
The ocean doesn't worry about whether it's making progress.

It simply keeps moving.

Sometimes we're so focused on how far we still have to go that we forget to notice how far we've already come.

The mindshift:
Progress doesn't always look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like showing up consistently and trusting the tide.🌊

Everyone tells women to be strong.

Nobody talks about what happens when being strong becomes your entire identity.

I was the one who handled everything for years...

Work.
Kids.
Schedules.
Meals.
Appointments.
Finances.
The emotional well-being of everyone in the house.

I wore 𝘐'𝘷𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘪𝘵 like a badge of honor.
The problem?
I didn't 𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘪𝘵.

I was exhausted.

And because everyone else saw me as strong, I didn't think I was allowed to say I was struggling.

So I did what a lot of women do.

I kept pushing.
Until pushing became my personality.

What I've learned as a mindset coach is that many women aren't overwhelmed because they're incapable.

They're overwhelmed because they've become attached to being the one who carries everything.

The identity becomes:
➡️ The responsible one
➡️ The fixer
➡️ The helper
➡️ The strong one

And when that identity is challenged..

Cue the guilt.

But, you know what?

Being strong doesn't mean carrying everything.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is...

ask for help
set a boundary
take a break
admit you're human.

Strength isn't exhaustion.

Strength is knowing your worth doesn't come from how much you sacrifice.

The weather really keeps us grounded in the present

because there’s no point in planning ahead as it

changes day to day and even hour to hour

But maybe that’s the mindset reminder today I’m having for this week

Life doesn’t always stay consistent.

Some seasons feel warm and easy.

Others feel chaotic, unpredictable, and all over the place.

Sometimes the best thing we can do is

enjoy the small windows of peace when they show up.

And be incredibly grateful for heat and a/c!

we can even open the windows in between.

New England weather keeps us grounded in the present moment like that

But maybe that’s the mindset reminder today too…
Life doesn’t always stay consistent.

Some seasons feel warm and easy.

Sometimes the best thing we can do is
enjoy the small window of peace when it shows up.

So open the windows.
Take the walk.
Laugh at the chaos a little.

I didn’t realize how long I was just
going through the motions every day
Until my kids started getting the worst version of me.

It didn’t happen all at once.
It happened slowly.

Financial stress
Overwhelm… juggling motherhood and work…and a family

And if I could go back in time,
I’d tell that version of me…

What you want is within reach.
You just have to BE IT before you can see it.

Because if you can’t see yourself doing life the
way you wish it to be…
it’s hard to ever move.

So many women stay stuck because they’re afraid:
• of failing
• of being judged
• of getting it wrong

But as a now happily married mindset coach, author, business owner and mom of two teens and ar rescue pup…

I know that confidence to go after what you want
doesn’t come first.

Action does.

And when I hear other women say…
I wish I had gone after __________.

My thought is always the same:

What’s stopping you from doing a version of that now?

You don’t have to turn it into something big.
You don’t have to be great at it.

If you want to sing, you don’t need a stage.
You can start in the shower.

That’s the shift that changed everything for me.

In my eyes…

You have to BE IT before you see it
Not fake it til you make it.

It’s Monday morning…
and for about 30 seconds
I thought I needed to plan my whole week out.

You know that feeling?

Open the laptop.
Look at the week ahead.
Mentally review everything you 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 be doing.

Eat better.
Work out more.
Be more organized.
Grow the business.
Be present with the kids.
Drink more water.
Text people back.
Figure out dinner.
All of it.

By 6:40 AM 😅

And I could feel it happening…

that low-level pressure creeping in like
𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘺… 𝘸𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯.

But then I remembered something I’ve been playing with lately.
Not everything.

Just three things.

So I stopped trying to organize my entire existence…
and just asked:

What are my three right now?

That was it.

And instantly, everything felt… quieter.

More doable.
Less chaotic.
Like I could actually start instead of spinning.

I answered one email.
Sipped my tea.
Sat for a minute before I jumped into all the things.

Nothing dramatic.
But the energy of the day shifted.

Because I wasn’t trying to carry everything at once.
Just a few things… on purpose.

If your brain is already in overdrive this morning…
you don’t need a better system.

You might just need less.

Pick three.
Start there.
(And let the rest wait its turn.)
