Add something to the top of your already cooked fish or chicken to change it up! Here’s a couple tips...

Make some fresh Salsa:
6 Tomatoes
1/2 Onion
Cilantro
Garlic
Lime juice
Pepper

Try a Mango Salsa:
1 Mango
1 Avocado
Chopped red onion
1/2 cup cilantro
Lime juice

Another idea!
Take some ground turkey brown it add some cumin - garlic and red pepper and add your salsa —easy!! Put this on top of a salad so good —

Kettlebell workout (of course!) enjoy

3xs — add cardio between rounds

10 around the body pass

10/10 bent over row

10 deadlift

10 swing

10 front squat

10 upright row

10/10 alternate lunge twist

10 full sit ups

Some ideas to stay active- as moderate physical activity is associated with a better immune system...

Indoors:

1. Play music and walk briskly around your house or go up and down stairs
2. Dance
3. Jump rope
4. Do a virtual workout with the Marshfield Workout Club
5. Use cardio machines if you have one
6. Do yoga - deep breathing- reducing anxiety
7. Lift weights- I have a few spots left for virtual training—private or small group -

Outside

1. Walk or jog - staying 6 feet away from others
2. Bike
3. Garden
4. Play a game
