ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING — $100 A MONTH
Not everyone has the time, schedule, or ability to work with a personal trainer in person.
But that doesn’t mean you should have to figure everything out on your own.

At OlympusStrong Training, you’re not buying some generic workout program that gets sent to 50 other people.
You’re getting a program built around YOU.
Your goals.
Your experience.
Your schedule.
Your available equipment.
With 25 years of personal training experience, I’ve learned one thing: what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another.

Here’s what our online training offers:
•Personalized workout programs built around your goals
•Nutrition guidance to support your progress
•Regular personal check-ins and accountability
•Adjustments as you get stronger and progress
•Ongoing support and guidance

Training that works around YOUR schedule
Whether you’re just starting out, trying to lose weight, build muscle, or take your training to another level, the goal is to give you the knowledge, structure, and guidance to get there.

25 years of experience. Real coaching. No cookie-cutter programs.
$100 a month.

OlympusStrong Training is growing, and we’re looking to add another personal trainer to our team.
I’m not just looking for someone who knows exercises or has a certification.
I’m looking for someone who genuinely cares about the people they train.
Someone with a strong work ethic, who wants to keep learning, and understands that this job is about more than counting reps.
You don’t have to know everything.
You do have to be willing to learn, work, and bring something positive to the culture we’re building.
If that sounds like you, send me a DM.

These kids are built different. And they’re proving it every morning.
Football season isn’t even over yet. They’ve still got games to play, but wrestling season is right around the corner.
And while most kids are still in bed at 5:30 in the morning, these young men are already putting in work.
Running the streets. Pushing through conditioning circuits. Getting stronger. Getting mentally tougher. Then heading off to school like it’s just another day.
That’s what impresses me the most.
Not how much weight they lift. Not how fast they run. But the fact that they’re willing to get out of a warm bed, show up, and do something difficult when nobody is making them.
I’ve spent 25 years training athletes, and one thing I’ve learned is that talent will only take a kid so far.
Discipline, accountability, consistency, and the willingness to do what others won’t.
Those are qualities that carry over into every part of their lives.
We’re not just preparing these kids for their next sport. We’re helping prepare them for life.
And to the parents who trust me with their kids, I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I’m proud as hell of these young men.

If you’re a parent looking for more than just another workout for your son or daughter, send me a DM.

CREATINE: IS 5 GRAMS REALLY ENOUGH?
For years, 5 grams of creatine daily has been the standard for lifters and athletes, with proven benefits for muscle strength and performance.
But newer research is looking beyond muscle.
Your brain.
Just like your muscles, your brain requires energy. Creatine helps regenerate ATP, one of the body’s primary energy sources.
And here’s where things get interesting.
Researchers are studying higher doses of creatine, including 10–20 grams, for potential benefits involving memory, cognitive performance, and mental fatigue.
A 2024 study found that a high single dose of creatine improved certain aspects of cognitive performance during sleep deprivation.
So is 10–20 grams better than 5 grams?
Not necessarily.
5 grams: Well-established for supporting muscle strength and performance.
10–20 grams: Being investigated for additional cognitive benefits, but higher daily doses haven’t been proven better for everyone.
Another interesting finding? Your brain regulates creatine differently than your muscles, meaning the amount needed to influence brain creatine levels may be different.
For decades, we’ve looked at creatine primarily as a muscle-building supplement.
Now researchers are exploring what it may do for the brain.
The point isn’t that everyone should take more creatine. It’s that our understanding of it is evolving.
And so should our knowledge.

Before personal training became a trend, we were already putting in the work.
25 years.
Think about that for a minute.
25 years of early mornings, late nights, thousands of workouts, and countless hours spent helping people become stronger versions of themselves.
We’ve trained young athletes who were just getting started, high school athletes chasing their dreams, college athletes competing at the next level, and everyday people who simply wanted to change their lives.
Different ages.
Different backgrounds.
Different goals.
But one thing has never changed.
The standard.
Training has changed over the years. The equipment has evolved. The methods have improved. And we’ve continued learning, adapting, and growing right along with it.
Because experience isn’t just about how long you’ve been doing something.
It’s about what you’ve learned, who you’ve helped, and the results you’ve earned along the way.
And to everyone who has trusted us over the past 25 years, whether you trained with us for a few months or spent years working alongside us, thank you.
Thank you for trusting us with your goals, your struggles, your victories, and your belief that you could become something more.
You’ve been just as much a part of our story as we’ve been of yours.
And for that, we’re truly grateful.
We’re proud of the last 25 years, but we’re nowhere near finished.

I’ve gotta brag on Liam for a minute.

I’ve watched this kid put in the work week after week, and seeing it start to show up on the football field makes me proud as hell.

Liam is only in 8th grade, but he’s been training at 5:30 in the morning with my high school guys.

He doesn’t expect to be treated any differently because he’s younger. He shows up, works his ass off, and gives me everything he has. Some mornings he’s even outworking some of the older guys.

Then you get to see moments like this.

Shrugs off one defender, runs through a couple more, and keeps going.

That doesn’t happen by accident. That’s all those early mornings and all that work starting to show up when it matters.

Extremely proud of you, Liam.

Keep working, big dog. We’re just getting started.

VIKING PRESS — TWO VARIATIONS

Same movement. Two different setups.

Variation 1: Pendulum Squat Machine
Variation 2: Box + T-Bar Row Attachment

The Viking Press is a great way to build overhead pressing strength without being locked into a traditional barbell press.

For athletes, I like it because you’re not just training the shoulders. You’re teaching the body to produce force through the upper body while staying strong and stable through the core.

It’s especially useful for developing:

Shoulder and tricep strength
Overhead pressing strength
Core stability
Upper-body strength that translates to athletic performance

4 sets × 10–12 reps
