What a Sunday morning! 💪🔥

We had one heck of a Completely Core class today, and we were excited to welcome TWO new faces! We love seeing new people come give our classes a try!

Now… about that lump on my forehead… 🤦‍♀️😂 I accidentally dropped a 5-pound weight on my head, so if you’re wondering why I’ve got a V-8 can on my forehead in the picture… that’s why! 🥫❄️

But the show must go on! I pushed through and still taught FIT MIX at 11:00, and we had an awesome time!

What a SUPER fun night! 💥✨

Tonight’s Glow Beat Boxing Fitness class was probably one of my all-time favorites! We had the most energetic, loud, and fun crowd, and the energy in the room was absolutely incredible.
