We have an amazing event coming up this Saturday with Lindsay at 9 AM.

I wanted to give more information on Qigong and Sound baths and how beneficial they really are for our health. When I looked them up, I didn’t realize how much both of these things can help us.

The fact that we are offering them in one event is great! Everyone will get to experience both and really see the benefits. Hopefully, with your feedback, this will be something we can continue to add to our schedule!

Please join us. Sign up on Vagaro in our bio!!

We hear all of the time that people feel like they can’t come to Zumba because they can’t dance. Guys. The whole point of going to Zumba is to learn the moves! Amanda is an incredible teacher and very easy to follow!! Plus, if you can’t get it, just dance however you want! It’s still a workout and you are having fun doing it!

Come to our new Zumba class tonight at 5:30 at the Wellness Studio! I promise you will be glad to did. 🕺🏻
