This is about more than volleyball.
Join us this Thursday, September 24th at Marion Harding High School gymnasium for our charity volleyball match. The Presidents will host the River Valley Vikings at 5:30p JV and 6:30p Varsity start time; money raised from fundraising efforts at the event will be donated back to local charities, programs, and resources that support su***de prevention and mental health awareness for teens and children in Marion County. Wear teal and purple to the match to show your support and bring cash to purchase goodies from our bake sale!
35% of young athletes report symptoms of anxiety and depression, with 15% saying that their symptoms are related to the pressure they experience regarding sport performance. Remember, you are more than your sport, and no one plays alone.
We have partnered with Hessler’s in Marion to design match tee-shirts, which can be pre-ordered from the link below. Funds raised from sales will be included in our donations.
