Chloe is an ETS OG and one of the most talented young athletes you’ll find.

As a 7th grader, Chloe earned her way onto the Varsity field and was a staple for her team. Additionally, she earned a ton of recognition and impressive accolades.

Most importantly, she’s an incredible human being, a quiet leader, and a blessing to serve.

Well structured, individualized, and proven training are key for athletes who want to EARN uncommon results.

However, what matters more than the programs themselves? Proper ex*****on, electric environment, elite culture and expert coaching.

The best training plan in the world means nothing without effort, intent, accountability, and coaching.

Expert coaching is far more than rep counting and flexing certifications. It’s about teaching, challenging, encouraging, and holding athletes to a standard they previously didn’t know was attainable.

The difference between good, great and world class training is rarely knowledge.

It’s applying that knowledge with consistency and intensity in an elite environment and culture.

Intelligent programming matters.

From opening in a 2,500 square foot facility in the back of a thrift shop in the midst of a global pandemic, to an 8,000 square foot center for excellence, our mission so create better human beings and leaders through the vehicle of unmatched, individualized sports performance training will never change.

Callie Evers is a blessing to have in the ETS Family.

Despite a two hour round trip commute, Callie makes her training a top priority and her consistency never waivers. Her no excuses approach to life, her humble attitude and her work ethic make her a remarkable leader.

In addition to being an incredible human, Callie is a talented, growth focused softball athlete. Last season, Callie had one home run, and this year she crushed EIGHT.🔥💣

Everyone’s busy and has the same 24 hours in the day. Those who prioritize what is RIGHT, not what is EASY, always find themselves achieving uncommon levels of success and fulfillment. Callie embodies this.
