Hi all, I’m Don, the new owner of Scuba One Dive Center, formerly just Scuba One in Mandan. North Dakota’s only dive center.

From a young age, I was drawn to the underwater world—curious about what lies beneath the surface and eager to explore it for myself. That passion led me to become scuba certified during college, and over the years, I continued advancing my training all the way to becoming a certified instructor.

What keeps me hooked is the unmatched sense of freedom scuba diving provides, along with the opportunity to discover places and experiences that few people ever get to see. Every dive offers something new.

About 30 years ago, I met Randy, and since then, we’ve shared a deep connection to diving, working together, helping with classes, and supporting others in their journey beneath the surface. After decades of involvement, the next step felt natural: to help keep the local dive community strong by supporting it with local ownership and experienced, passionate professionals.

Diving isn’t just something I do—it’s been a lifelong journey, and I’m excited to continue sharing it with others. 🤿
