*Thursday Women’s Run will not be officially meeting at the shop, we will be joining the Brewery Run! Track workouts at Badger Ridge Middle School still on at 6:15

🤿🐳Movin’ Shoe-Less Wednesday💧🏊‍♀️

Still going to be hot and humid but we have great news for you, it’s a Movin’ Shoe-Less Wednesday!

Everyone knows that Air Water makes you hot and Water Water keeps you cool and tonight you get Water Water! Hopefully we don’t lose you with all that scientific jargon.

Details:
-What: Swimming or Aqua Jogging
-Where: Fireman’s Park Beach (Paoli St & Bruce St, Verona, WI 53593)
-When: 6pm
-Cost: Free!!

Start hydrating now and get some salt and electrolytes in you. It’s going to be hot and humid tonight!

Also, think back to February when you were complaining that it was 5° outside and your fingers were going numb inside two layers of gloves.
Now, the heat and humidity are your friends!

Tonight we’re running our MLK route except we’re cutting out the little part that actually goes down MLK. You’ll see when you get there.
Kinda like when you make Hamburger Helper but you don’t have beef so you just make “Helper”. Still delicious!

And who knows, you might get to run with our most intimidating club member, Kellen “The Hammer” Caldwell.
