I had a blast lifting weights with Jimi today! Feeling little shaky but energized and pumped up for the day. It was the perfect amount.
I am sorry if you were trying to sign up and class was showing up as cancelled, oh technology, I am learning! We should be all set to go for next week, so come fall into strength with us, just like that, with some good vibes, music and company!
