So with the time change I've had requests for classes. Scheduling around three jobs can be difficult so tell me what time and what kind of classes you would like to see at Lyons Fitness and we will do our best to accommodate! New Class schedule based on requests and availability coming soon! Spin at 6 am on Wed for sure; what else can we bring you?!

To every ending there is a new beginning. I have accepted a full time job outside of Lyons. So Friday and Saturday April 22nd and 23rd will be the last days of fitness classes at Lyons Fitness as I cannot be in two places at once. Please join us for some fitness fun! Going forward the gym will function as it has for the time being as a 24 hour fitness facility. I have truly loved my time and work in Lyons. It has now come to a time that I need to take care of my family and do what is best for them. I thank you all that and your continued support.

Hello All, Happy 2016! New Years and the get fit resolutions are here! Beginning January 4th here is the class schedule as well as the start of our annual Lyons Biggest Loser Contest! For more information for either or to register for classes email [email protected] or call 303 941 1751.

2016 Class Schedule, Effective January 4th-February 20th.

Monday: 6 am Boot Camp; Intervals of cardiovascular and strength training for a great workout!
8 am Boot Camp
Tuesday: 8:30 am Spin and Core 45 minutes of aerobics set to music on a bike followed by 15 minutes of core based exercises
Wednesday: 5 am Boot Camp
8 am Boot Camp
Thursday: 6 am Spin and Core
8 am Fusion- 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training exercises fused together for an hour of fitness fun!
6 pm Ski Conditioning- Be ready for ski season with all exercises designed to enhance the muscles you will need on the slopes
Friday: 6 am Fusion
8 am Fusion. No Class January 15th.
Saturday: 9 am Fusion No Class January 16th.

Lyons Biggest Loser Contest January 4th-February 20th.

New Class Schedule! There are some exciting schedule changes but no price changes! During this time as well we are hosting a food drive at Lyons Fitness. For every can of food you bring into Lyons Fitness you will receive a $1 off your class! Lets get fit and make sure that no one is hungry this holiday season!

November 23rd-December 18th Class Schedule. All Classes are an hour long!
No classes Thursday and Friday November 26th and November 27th so we can all spend time with friends and family.

Monday 6 am Boot Camp Timed intervals of cardiovascular and resistance training intervals
8 am Boot Camp
5 pm Ski Conditioning Resistance Training to get you ready for the slopes!

Tuesday 8:30 am Spin and Core- Think aerobics on a bike set to music for 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of core based exercises.

Wednesday 5 am Boot Camp
8 am Boot Camp

Thursday 6 am Spin and Core; New Class Time!
8 am Fusion
6 pm Ski Conditioning New Class!

Friday 6 am Fusion New Class
8 am Fusion

Saturday 9 am Fusion
