Hello All, Happy 2016! New Years and the get fit resolutions are here! Beginning January 4th here is the class schedule as well as the start of our annual Lyons Biggest Loser Contest! For more information for either or to register for classes email [email protected] or call 303 941 1751.
2016 Class Schedule, Effective January 4th-February 20th.
Monday: 6 am Boot Camp; Intervals of cardiovascular and strength training for a great workout!
8 am Boot Camp
Tuesday: 8:30 am Spin and Core 45 minutes of aerobics set to music on a bike followed by 15 minutes of core based exercises
Wednesday: 5 am Boot Camp
8 am Boot Camp
Thursday: 6 am Spin and Core
8 am Fusion- 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training exercises fused together for an hour of fitness fun!
6 pm Ski Conditioning- Be ready for ski season with all exercises designed to enhance the muscles you will need on the slopes
Friday: 6 am Fusion
8 am Fusion. No Class January 15th.
Saturday: 9 am Fusion No Class January 16th.
Lyons Biggest Loser Contest January 4th-February 20th.
Most Weight Lost: FREE Personal Training Session!
Most Classes Attended: 5 FREE Classes!
Most Times at the Gym: Free Month of Membership!
