Because rumors damaged my professional reputation, I'm sharing this from my personal account. See below for context.

January 2024: I'm the victim of bias-motivated harassment -- fancy talk for "hate crimed." (I've been out as a bi/queer person since I was 18.) I report it.
March 6 2024: someone I was previously close to says "I bet you set the whole thing up yourself."
One day later a former housemate (for reasons that remain "mysterious" ) calls CPS on me despite the fact that I'm in treatment at that point: sober as a man can be. Obviously a *HUUUGE* threat to public safety.
(Probably not relevant 😉 but March 6 guy -- a well-known kayaker --had former housemate's phone number 🤷♂️)
A few weeks later, due to that complaint, I lose a lucrative position which I've held for years with no issue.
A few months later I lose another position, my primary livelihood. I weep.
In January 2025, my truck keys are stolen after I make reports to the FBI regarding the above.
11 days later I'm poisoned: some sort of liquid is dumped into the cab of my truck while I'm working out at Crunch.
I touch it. My fingers are wet. The fumes from it knock me down for an afternoon -- nausea, the feeling of being about to pass out. I call a housemate to drive me home.
I fear for my life. I call Boulder PD.

I reported it to Boulder PD : the cops were pleasant, but I have paperwork to show they failed to adequately investigate.
A few months after the poisoning I had a few unexplained health incidents. Drained my retirement savings (around 15 grand) to pay my medical bills.
I updated Larimer County Sheriffs on the situation because that's where the initial "bias-motivated harassment" incident occurred.
I asked witnesses if cops had reached out to speak with them -- nope.
I used CORA (Colorado Open Records Act) and received botched investigator's notes: dates wrong by a year, documents containing incorrect descriptions of the documents thenselves.
This isn't about policing or politics. It's about respect for one another and for the truth.
