Don’t just take our word for it!

Read what last year’s parents have to say about their youth athlete’s experience at our Summer Powerlifting Camp.

This isn’t just a camp. This is a space where kids can be themselves and grow physically and mentally. To challenge themselves in and out of the gym. To have a support system that shows up for them outside of the gym, and not just us. We foster an environment that teaches them to show up for their peers even if they go to different schools.

No experience necessary, just come as you are and we will take care of the rest.

Sign ups are open until May 31st. Limited spots available.

WELCOME BACK STUDENTS!

Our 2nd Annual Youth Powerlifting Summer Camp Registration is LIVE!

Come train with Lubbock’s top ranked powerlifters, coaches, and meet directors Garett and Caitlin Sosa.

This year we are making it better:

💪🏻 Two different sign up options. 3X a week for $250/month or 2X a week for $175/month

This gives us the ability to open up more slots.

💪🏻 Each athlete receives a camp T-Shirt, a custom training log book, a nutrition overview packet and a belt from if they don’t have one.

💪🏻 Camp runs June 3rd-August 28th

💪🏻 Athletes have the option to compete in our sanctioned USPA powerlifting meet September 12th! Athletes will receive a singlet and a discount on their sign up fee for being a part of our camp!

Every student athlete that walked through our doors put over 100lbs on their raw total and 3 made it to state this past season.

We pride ourselves on teaching them form, how to spot and load, how to wrap each other and use their equipment, platform composure and more.

The Children’s Home of Lubbock is a faith-based organization that provides residential care, foster care, and family services for abused and neglected children in West Texas, helping them heal from trauma through programs like the Sanctuary Model.
