🎬 FINAL DESTINATION: PURE BARRE EDITION 💀

In honor of National Horror Movie Day, we're bringing a little horror to the barre. 👻

Flying weights. Rogue equipment. Suspiciously moving props. Sometimes the scariest part of Pure Barre isn't the final 10 counts. 😱

After all, the chances of Pure Barre killing you are low… but never zero. 💀

🍿 Now it's your turn! What's your all-time favorite horror movie or series? Drop it in the comments! 👇

Did you know each Pure Barre class works each group to the point of muscular fatigue? It’s the point at which muscular force and/or power is reduced resulting in the muscles shaking! During exercise, skeletal muscle cells contract as groups of cells (called motor units), rather than individually, to produce the movement. The more ya know! ✨
