The 2026 Louisburg Labor Day Parade is coming up and you are invited to join us on our "Turn the Page" Float!

When: Monday, September 7th - Parade begins at 10am - please arrive between 9:15-9:45am.

Where: Look for our book float near the Farmer's Market! We will send out an update of our exact location once we line up. Dancers can be picked up at MCDM after the parade.

Who: All dancers ages 3+. We will also need parent volunteers for handouts.

What to Wear: Let's bring our favorite classic books to life! Please dress up as your favorite character - this could be a great use of recital costumes! Please make sure to wear sneakers.

Float info: We will have seating and supervision on our float.

What to bring: water bottle, candy, and must wear sneakers.

Interested in joining our parade committee? Let us know if you would like to help!

Please RSVP if you plan on joining us for the fun! We would like a good headcount to be semi prepared ;-). Let us know if you have any questions.

I can never say enough about these beautiful people. Each and every one of them contribute something special to our studio and I am so grateful that we found each other, collaborate, commit to our craft, and continue to share our gifts. We are building a lifelong community of movement, joy, and growth - that is invaluable . Thank you, thank you, thank you.
The gorgeous Kansas City Library seemed like the perfect place to tip off our "Turn the Page - celebrating the world of literature" theme for our 2026/27 season.

Our Dancewear Days are NEXT WEEK!! Now is the time to double check your dancers shoes, tights, leotard, and merch fits so they are ready to bust a move when classes start September 8th.
