The hardest part of water polo isn’t the practice or swimming…
It’s getting in when the water is cold
What is the easiest way to do it?
Never use the stairs.
Never splash yourself before getting in.
Never enter slowly from the wall.
Instead: raise your hands, jump high, and dive in fully.
Why?
Because when you go in slowly, you only think about how cold the water is.
But when you focus on the jump, the cold becomes the second thought.
Don’t think about the water.
Think about the jump.
