People should keep their opinions to themselves, right?

Or is there something we can do to not let it bother us as much?

There is!

I’ve never had to practice this skill more than as a new mom.

While it would be nice if everyone would allow me the space to learn how to raise this little human, the reality is that as long as I have people around, opinions will always be offered.

There’s not been a better time for me to practice “the story we tell ourselves”.

If you’ve come to a previous masterclass, or even if you’ve never heard of it, it’s such an important concept to practice!

The story we tell ourselves is the MEANING we put behind what others do or say. And because we don’t share a brain with the other person, what they mean and how we interpret it is often different (often bad!)

It affects everything including how we feel around that person and how we interact with them.

Is the only solution to tell them to stop, or to limit time with them?

No!!

By practicing this tool, you may begin to realize that opinions often don’t mean what you think they mean 🤯 and it may make the time you enjoy with the “offender” much more enjoyable!

We often enter the new year with a renewed sense of purpose. But a few months in…. most of us have not made much progress on our goals or have given up. In fact, only 46% of people met their New Year’s Resolutions. This can feel defeating. 😞

One obstacle to meeting our goals is that we often make goals that are generic and unattainable. 🤔

Step 1 in achieving your goals is to make a goal that is SMART – specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.

This will help you define your objectives, establish a measurement of success, and increase your chances of achieving the goal! 😀

A question we get a lot is:

"Curious what lead you to create a group coaching program for Asian women?"

The short answer is: we're Asian women and we witnessed how transformative coaching can be and felt called to bring it to other women.

The long answer is:

We've met so many women, like us, who were unhappy, felt stuck, and had difficult relationships with the people they loved the most. Yet, they felt helpless to change these things.

We often feel that if we want to change our circumstances, we are seen as ungrateful. We feel shame and guilt in wanting more for ourselves.

Part of this is the way we were raised - many of us were raised to be agreeable and respectful, not empowered. We are sometimes taught to make the best of our circumstances, not change them.

So we feel stuck.

Our program is designed to show you that YOU are in the driver's seat of your life. That you have the power to feel differently, and to act to drive your life in a direction that YOU want.

You truly have so much more power and control over your life than you realize.

We're here to show you how to harness that power.

This is something we hear often. And we don't blame you.

Coaching is an investment and it can sometimes feel like you need to have a certain number of struggles to make it "worth it".

The reality is, coaching isn't just about helping you when you are in the pits:

🔺Many of our clients come with 1 or 2 struggles but by working with us, see all their blind spots and are able to optimize their life in ways they didn't think were possible

Do you feel like you've made it to where you are because of luck or chance?

Living in fear of people finding out that you're actually not capable or don't belong?

What you're experiencing is something called imposter syndrome. But unlike other syndromes, you're not actually an imposter 🤯

Feeling like an imposter can have profound effects on your day-to-day work life:

❗️You may have anxiety about speaking up.

❗️You may fear making mistakes, convinced that someone will "find you out".

❗️You don't realize all the amazing thing you've accomplished to get to where you are today.
