What you’ll do:

📋 Lead registration, scheduling & team setup in our registration platform
🤝 Serve as the primary front office liaison for commissioners, coaches & parents
💳 Process program expenses, monitor budgets, pay vendors/referees
🔒 Coordinate coach onboarding, member experience, and event support

You need a phone—and one honest story about the experience that stayed with you.

Maybe it is:

⚽ The first time you truly felt like part of a team
🧡 A coach who saw more in you than you saw in yourself
💪 A difficult season that taught you how to keep going
🤝 Teammates who became lifelong friends
🎓 A lesson from SYC that still shapes you today

Speak directly to the camera, use old photos with a voiceover, or show us where your journey has taken you. Keep it personal, original, and under 90 seconds.

Eligible current and former SYC athletes can compete for more than $2,000 in scholarships and prizes—but the most powerful entries will not necessarily be the most polished.

They will be the most real.
